Psychedelic Ketamine Integration
Integrating Your Insights Into Daily Life
For Depression & Anxiety
Does this sound familiar?
You had breakthroughs and insights
Psychedelic integration refers to the process of integrating and making sense of your experiences you’ve had with psychedelic substances.
Together we will explore the meaning of your experiences, process emotions and learnings, integrate new perspectives, and make lifestyle or behavioral changes based on your gained insights into your daily life.
I work with clients engaged in Ketamine treatment with a medical provider seeking a therapist specializing in KAP.
Integration support/sessions for those seeking integration after using Ketamine with a provider.
I offer integration support/sessions for those independently exploring psychedelics as a means for psychological/spiritual healing and growth (Note: I do not encourage, condone, or facilitate the illegal use of psychedelics.)
KAP is not a quick fix/miracle. It's another tool for clients with complex issues on their healing journey.
NOTE
I do not provide recommendations on how to access psychedelic and entheogenic medicines, except for ketamine-assisted therapy.
I do not provide integration sessions while you are in an altered state with illegal substances.
I do not encourage, condone, or facilitate the illegal use of psychedelics.

Healing Is Possible
There are many pathways toward growth, healing, and transformation.
Psychedelics/ketamine are one tool toward growth, can help you get out of your own way, and become more of who you really are.
I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals who have a medical provider, are medically approved for KAP, and are seeking preparation, intention, and integration sessions.
Not all clients are a good fit for KAP.
When/if MDMA-Assisted Therapy is legal, I will begin offering this treatment once I locate a treatment center offering this service.
You can feel more joy and peace.
You deserve to have a life where you feel at home not just in your head, but in your body and emotions. You deserve authentic connection and loving relationships with people you trust and care for.

Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP) is the only fully legal psychedelic-assisted therapy currently available in Washington state.
Other psychedelics like psilocybin and MDMA remain illegal outside of specific FDA-approved clinical trials. Washington legislators are actively researching and piloting psilocybin, but regulated medical access is not yet widespread.
